The calculators and the plan lookup run in your browser. The figures you type, and the company or plan name you search for, are never sent to us or to anyone else.
To see how the site is used, we use Amplitude for usage analytics and session recordings, and Google Analytics for visit counts. Recordings show how a page was used (scrolling, clicks, which parts were opened) with every form input masked, and with any area that shows your own figures or search results masked as well. Analytics events record which tool was used and broad ranges such as “under $100”, never the numbers or names you entered.
This site is paid for by Ledgerline, which uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta pixel to show its own advertising to people who have visited. They are told which page was viewed and, when someone looks up a single plan, that they appear to be a plan sponsor. They are never told what you typed, which plan you looked up or any figure. They do not load if your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or if your device is set to a European time zone. Google Analytics uses the same visit to build advertising audiences for Ledgerline, and stops if you send Global Privacy Control.
If you answer the “Did this give you what you needed?” question and choose to write a note, that note is emailed to our corrections inbox. No name, email address or other identifier is attached to it, so please leave those out of the note itself.
